Convoy of Hope is seeking a part-time, temporary Financial Reporting Assistant to support the Finance team with accurate data reporting and analysis. The role emphasizes confidentiality, attention to detail, and independent work habits in a faith-based ministry setting.

Responsibilities include compiling and reconciling financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Strong MS Office, Google Workspace, and data integrity skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proficient with Mac/PC, Google Workspace and MS Office; ability to learn COH systems.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, reconciles, and validates financial data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Prepares monthly and ad hoc financial reports and distributes them.
• Maintains financial spreadsheets, databases, and supporting documentation.
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Performs data entry and verification with high accuracy.
• Collaborates with Finance to improve reporting processes and data integrity.
• Assists with special projects, requests, and financial analysis.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Protects confidential information with discretion.
• Fulfills all other duties as assigned.
