Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Financial Reporting Systems Lead – Executive Director to modernize management reporting across Finance, emphasizing automation, data engineering, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.

You will own the MIS strategy, lead transformation of processes, and build scalable reporting solutions with AI-assisted capabilities. You will partner with P&A and Product Controllers to deliver timely performance insights and translate financial concepts into actionable narratives.

Qualifications

• Advanced finance acumen with experience delivering MIS for Finance reporting and controls.
• Proven track record leading data/reporting transformation programs (automation, modernization).
• Data pipelines/ETL concepts, BI/reporting development, data querying (SQL).
• Practical AI/GenAI experience applied to reporting, forecasting, or insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the MIS strategy and roadmap for Finance reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive insights; define standards for metrics, controls, and governance.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate MIS processes (close/reporting acceleration, data lineage, automation).
• Build and enhance scalable reporting solutions using data pipelines, semantic layers, and self-service BI.
• Apply AI/GenAI to improve productivity and insight generation with explainable results.
• Partner with P&A and Product Controllers to deliver timely performance and risk insights; translate financial concepts into actionable narratives.
• Present clearly to senior leadership and steer decisions with crisp recommendations.
• Establish data quality controls, reconciliation, auditability, and documentation for metrics and reporting processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, developers, and data/BI resources.
