Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience handling large data sets and analyzing P&L and balance sheet drivers.
• Experience with data modeling and visualization tools (SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Sigma).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of client reporting across lines of business to support firmwide initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into concrete programs and deliverables with senior leadership.
• Support adhoc client deep dives and profitability analyses for clients.
• Collaborate with technology and business groups to enhance client analytics reporting.
• Implement governance and controls around client data and document business logic.
• Prepare and present proforma impact of proposed changes to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end implementation of reporting enhancements on internal platforms.
