Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in strategy or transformation, with strong executive communication, analytics, and AI/ML expertise.

Qualifications

8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic program management.
Hypothesis-driven problem solver for complex, ambiguous problems.
Executive-level communication; distill analyses into simple narratives using PowerPoint and build sophisticated Excel models.
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application to drive value.
Bias for action and entrepreneurial spirit in a large, matrixed organization.
Exceptional influencing and relationship-building with senior executives, cross-functional partners, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Architect and spearhead the AI portfolio strategy with a value-creation focus.
Translate portfolio data into data-driven narratives for executive leadership; own ROI reporting.
Identify high-impact AI opportunities and push for transformative outcomes.
Develop analytical frameworks and governance to assess and measure AI initiatives from intake to scaling.
Build and lead a high-performing team of strategic thinkers and execution experts.
Clear roadblocks and escalate to ensure strategic objectives are met.
