Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals by nurturing consumer and business relationships and promoting deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will provide excellent service, identify opportunities for growth through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and uphold bank policies and risk controls.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required with minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goa ldriven retail sales or similar roles.
• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or B2B sales experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, and sourcing referrals.
• Educate customers to optimize use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) and maintain knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
