Job summary

Interactive Brokers in Greenwich, CT seeks a Financial Regulatory Analyst to ensure regulatory compliance for a US broker-dealer and FCM. The role focuses on margin rules, regulatory reporting, and automation improvements within a fast‑paced Back Office environment.

You will work on Reg T and FINRA Rule 4210 related tasks, collaborate across teams, and grow into expanded jurisdiction coverage with training provided. The role is hybrid with four days in office and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Interest in learning regulatory rules across jurisdictions.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review intraday margin deficiencies and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure daily margin reports are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to address margin calls.
• File extension requests under Reg T and FINRA Rule 4210.
• Prepare weekly portfolio margin and monthly FINRA submissions.
• Improve automation for regulatory requirements.
• Document and improve regulatory controls and procedures.
