This position is located in Brookings, South Dakota.

This position performs all departmental routine accounts payable duties such as processing purchase order invoices, direct pays, standing contract and spot purchase invoices for payment. This process involves working with shop supervisors and project managers via work order management system for invoice reviews, approvals and payments; ensuring invoices are paid on correct funds and issued to correct work orders for tracking and billing. Handling any questionable invoices and contacting vendors about invoice details. This position will also handle returns, Banner/accounts payables reconciliation, and assist the Program Assistant II with purchasing for F&S according to state guidelines. Additional duties are to provide back-up support when needed for the Mail Center and Warehouse by assisting with shipping, receiving, processing outgoing/incoming US & campus mail, and packages.
