As an HRSC Specialist in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Corporate Business Unit. Your work will include providing HR Support Center coverage assisting employees in the guidance, interpretation, and application of Human Resources policies and procedures, as well as advise and propose solutions to HR questions and issues. This requires timely and effective case management and consistent resolution of employee issues. You will need to maintain a basic understanding of legal requirements related to HR and a thorough understanding of all company HR programs. As part of a strong team, you will continually review processes and make recommendations for improvements, and actively participate on assigned projects. Essential to success is confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong technical skills. This position requires an in‑office presence and occasional travel. Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $23.60 – $30.90 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
