Framatome is seeking an NPC Product Line Manager in Lynchburg, VA to oversee all aspects of the Installed Base Business Unit product line. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive a clear vision, and manage financials to deliver safe, reliable, and economical energy solutions.

As an NPC Product Line Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IB-Products Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Managing all aspects of the business through effective leadership of cross-functional teams
• Leading and motivating teams by establishing and clearly communicating vision/purpose while driving ownership and accountability to achieve results
• Planning and managing short/long-term product line financials including income statements, cash flows, and balance sheets
• Identifying, developing, and managing a portfolio of strategic supplier partnerships in accordance with the strategic supplier partnership program
• Leading the business planning process for the product line
• Leading the coordination and prioritization of product line activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials, and equipment
• Collaborating with other customer-facing roles to establish and maintain favorable customer relationships, develop new business, and promote the Framatome brand

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
