Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) is seeking an Internal Wholesaler in Newark, NJ to drive sales, build relationships with Financial Professionals, and maintain expert knowledge of the PGIM Global Wealth product line and mutual funds.

The role requires FINRA Series7 (or pending Series7), Series63/66, and a state insurance license within specified days, plus 1–2 years of financial industry sales experience. Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series7 license required; Series6 candidates must obtain Series7 within 90 days.
• FINRA Series63 or 66 required within 30 days of hire.
• Valid resident state insurance license required within 60 days of hire.
• 1–2 years financial industry sales experience with mutual funds/managed accounts.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Financial Professionals through outbound calls.
• Communicate with Financial Professionals through letters and email.
• Handle special projects as assigned within Desk.
• Attend various sales meetings and training sessions.
• Maintenance of PC based contact management system.
• Respond to inbound Product and Sales calls.
