Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group in Dallas seeks an experienced Training and Development professional to design and deliver core financial planning training for advisor teams. You will translate complex planning concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences aligned with client needs and business priorities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Management to ensure content is accurate, scalable, and impactful, while continuously improving curriculum and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• CFP or CFA designation preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver core planning training for advisor teams on foundational topics.
• Create practical, advisor-focused curriculum with case studies and reference materials.
• Partner with Product, Family Office, and other areas to maintain a coordinated training curriculum.
• Translate complex financial concepts into actionable learning for knowledge retention.
• Regularly update training materials to stay aligned with guidance and processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and scalable.
