Job summary

Goldman Sachs Wealth Management is seeking a training professional to design and deliver foundational financial planning training for advisor teams. You will translate complex planning principles into clear, actionable learning experiences that support client conversations with confidence, consistency, and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in financial services or training, with CFP/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years of experience in financial services, financial planning, training, or a related field preferred.
CFP or CFA designation preferred.
Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver training for advisor teams.
Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver core planning training for advisor teams on net worth and cash flow topics.
Create advisor-focused curriculum, case studies, and reference materials.
Partner with Product, Family Office, and other stakeholders to align training with priorities.
Translate complex planning concepts into actionable learning content.
Regularly review and update materials for accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with SMEs and training colleagues to ensure scalable delivery.
