As a Training and Development professional, you will design curriculum, deliver engaging instruction, and partner with stakeholders across Goldman Sachs Wealth Management to ensure training aligns with business priorities and evolving client planning expectations.

Qualifications

Foundational financial planning principles such as net worth, cash flow, investments, and estate planning basics.
Experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs for advisor teams.
Ability to translate complex planning concepts into practical learning experiences.
Strong understanding of how advisor teams use technical concepts in client conversations.
Attention to accuracy, consistency, and quality in training content.
Capability to work across Product, Family Office, and other partners to build aligned solutions.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with initiative and accountability.
Required Bachelor's degree; 3–5 years in financial services or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver core planning training on net worth reports and cash flow analysis.
Create curriculum, case studies, and reference materials for advisor teams.
Partner with Product, Family Office, and other stakeholders to maintain the curriculum.
Translate technical concepts into actionable learning and support retention.
Regularly review and update training materials for accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is scalable and deliverable.
