Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with expected graduation within 12 months of start date.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through work or extracurricular activities.
• Interest in pursuing a client-facing advisory career with focus on business development and relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help with client onboarding by preparing and processing necessary paperwork.
• Assist in scheduling client meetings and developing clear, engaging materials to explain financial concepts.
• Observe client meetings (where appropriate) to gain firsthand experience in how advisors build relationships.
• Participate in client meeting follow-up tasks including documentation, research, and solution development.
• Contribute ideas during team discussions on improving client service and business development opportunities.
• Support client service activities, including account maintenance and money movement processes.
• Use financial planning and CRM software to assist with plan development and data management.
• Assist with data entry, plan modeling, and compiling plan deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and client service initiatives.
