Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation within 12 months of the start date.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through work or extracurricular activities.
• Major in wealth management, financial planning, finance, or related field preferred.
• Interest in a client-facing advisory career with a focus on business development and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding clients by preparing and processing paperwork.
• Develop clear, engaging materials to explain financial concepts for client meetings.
• Observe and learn from client meetings to understand relationship-building.
• Participate in meeting follow-ups including documentation, research and plan development.
• Support client service activities including account maintenance and data entry.
