Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days, plus state registrations or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Experience in a client service environment and strong math/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in servicing clients, preparing financial plans, research, and completing trades.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings, schedule meetings, and manage data entry.
• Coordinate new business paperwork, signatures, and insurance applications.
• Support marketing events with compliant documentation and reimbursements.
• Provide general administrative duties and client correspondence.
