Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities agent registration (S63/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration (S65/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• Strong math, analytical, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients and preparing financial plans.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings, enter data, and provide follow-up.
• Prepare for and coordinate new business paperwork and insurance applications.
• Coordinate marketing events and manage compliance documentation.
• Provide general administrative duties and support for closes and files.
