Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of relevant client service experience.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State registrations (S63/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Strong numeric, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors by preparing financial plans and research.
• Schedule, prepare, and summarize client meetings and follow up.
• Prepare new business paperwork and coordinate signatures.
• Coordinate marketing events and manage related compliance docs.
• Handle general administrative duties and CRM data entry.
