We are looking for a remote FP&A Manager to join a growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational skills to manage tight deadlines effectively.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to $145K per year, along with an attractive benefits package. Candidates should have experience in defense manufacturing and private equity. Additionally, applicants must be based in the Eastern or Central time zones (EST or CST).

Key tasks:

• Manage the company’s annual budget and monthly forecasts by creating templates, setting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Prepare management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) with insights on risks and opportunities.
• Conduct P&L financial modelling under tight deadlines, ensuring compliance with Group and KBI standards.
• Generate monthly forecast reports for global leadership, incorporating local insights and highlighting variances.
• Develop and strengthen the team.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing small teams or leading projects
• Preferably with prior experience in government contracts
• Bachelor's degree required
• Background in the manufacturing or defense sector
• Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification finance experience
• CPA certification is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel
