Zanda is partnering with a Series B fintech company that is transforming the business banking experience through the integration of crypto and blockchain technologies. With rapid growth and global ambition, they are now looking to expand their finance function with a strategic Manager of FP&A.

Your responsibilities as Manager of FP&A include:

  • Own the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking across business units.
  • Partner closely with department heads to build and manage departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and capital efficiency.
  • Develop robust financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, product launches, and growth opportunities, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  • Analyze crypto transaction flows, revenue streams, and cost structures to support performance optimization and product profitability.
  • Build and refine dashboards, tools, and reports that deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership and investors.
  • Support fundraising efforts and board presentations by delivering clear, compelling financial narratives and projections.
  • Collaborate with accounting, product, and data teams to ensure accurate financial inputs and data integrity.
  • Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and automation to scale the FP&A function in a high-growth environment.

If you have the following experience, we would love to hear from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA or MBA a strong plus.

  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills; confident working with large datasets and BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of crypto-related financial mechanics, tokenomics, or blockchain-based business models is highly desirable.
