What You'll Do

As our Manager, FP&A, you will collaborate with the General and Administrative (G&A) teams, including Accounting, Legal, Security, Facilities, and other support departments. Your responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, with a focus on creating efficient processes and improving data management across departments. You should be strategic with financial knowledge, experienced in building scalable processes, and capable of ensuring seamless data integration to support decision-making.

This is a remote position in the United States, reporting to the Director, FP&A.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Develop and implement scalable processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across G&A teams.
• Design financial models to monitor performance, analyze trends, and generate insights.
• Refine and automate data management across systems to improve accuracy, accessibility, and integration.
• Partner with leaders across G&A teams to align financial goals, support strategic planning, and foster communication and collaboration.
• Report on G&A costs, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and suggest process improvements.
• Enhance tools and workflows to improve data analysis efficiency.
• Lead projects to standardize and automate reporting processes, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistency.
• Oversee headcount planning and contractor management, utilizing data-driven insights.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, analysis, and process improvement, especially within G&A functions.
• Experience in developing and optimizing processes and data management strategies.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency with systems such as Adaptive, Power BI, Alteryx, and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Projects (clarify if needed).

Pay ranges vary by location, with the following examples: Colorado $105,900-$169,500; Washington $105,900-$187,200; California $105,900-$205,000; NYC $128,200-$205,000. The actual salary may depend on factors like experience, location, and market conditions. The role may also include an annual bonus based on company performance.
