Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Our client is looking for an FP&A Manager in the Alpharetta area. Right now, this is a remote role, but in a few months, it will shift to hybrid (2 days/week in Alpharetta, 3 days remote).

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll lead a team – 3 direct reports.
• You’ll partner with BU leaders – providing real financial insights, not just reports.
• You’ll own full P&L analysis – headcount, revenue, OPEX, ad hoc reporting.
• You need to be hands-on – Our client is a $500M company, but they’re still refining their finance processes. If you thrive in structure-heavy, process-driven environments, this isn’t for you.
• You need to be an Excel pro (10/10) – no exceptions.
• Power BI is a big plus – SQL or Tableau experience helps, but Power BI is what they really want.
• Industry experience matters – Payments or SaaS experience is ideal, but strong Power BI/SQL skills can make up for it.
