Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts and reports.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to optimize profitability.
• Oversee supply chain finance, working with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide detailed reports to senior management on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to develop financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related; Master's or certifications like CFA, CPA, CMA preferred.
• At least 5 years in financial planning and analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with supply chain, logistics, procurement.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost management.
• Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects strategically.
