Financial Planning Analyst (Remote) - Various U.S. States | Posted: 6/14/2024

Responsibilities:

1. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals and reconciliations.
2. Review reconciled invoices, SAP expenses, open POs, and budgets to ensure accuracy.
3. Coordinate with ISG offshore team to ensure SOPs, metrics, and data accuracy.
4. Conduct weekly, monthly, and necessary financial walkthroughs with POPs leadership.
5. Collaborate with S2P & Finance teams on closure activities.
6. Provide advisory on finance processes and suggest improvements.
7. Support meetings with Finance, CFO teams, and strategic discussions.
8. Work with Client Operations & Client Finance heads to forecast spend by PO/Cost Center.
9. Perform cost variance analysis comparing actual performance against budget and forecast.
10. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
11. Analyze key business drivers and financial metrics to support management decisions.
12. Proactively review financial data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate actions with stakeholders.
13. Participate in budget preparation and scenario modeling.
14. Assist client heads in forecasting and reporting issues.
15. Conduct project spend analysis to aid business performance improvement.
