Duties:

1. Manage Monthly, Quarterly & Annual accruals & reconciliations.
2. Review reconciled invoices, SAP expenses, open POs, and budgets to ensure accuracy.
3. Coordinate with ISG offshore team to ensure SOPs, metrics & data are accurate.
4. Perform weekly, monthly, and necessary financial walkthroughs with POPs leadership.
5. Workflow with S2P & Finance team on closure activities.
6. Provide advisory on Finance Processes and improvements.
7. Support meetings with Finance, CFO teams, and strategic discussions.
8. Work with the Client Operations & Client Finance head by providing financial support in forecasting Spend by PO / Cost Center.
9. Conduct cost variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecast.
10. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
11. Develop understanding of key business drivers, analyze key financial metrics, and support business/finance management.
12. Review financial information proactively, identify exceptions/inconsistencies, and follow up with stakeholders.
13. Participate in budget preparation and scenario building / simulation modeling.
14. Collaborate with Client Heads to forecast and report on issues.
15. Perform project spend analysis to help business partners improve performance.
16. Conduct ad hoc analysis & financial modeling as per business requirements.
