Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Licensure such as Series 65, Series 7/66, or ChFC.
• Actively pursuing CFP designation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to learn and utilize financial and office software systems.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Financial Advisors during client appointments to gain practical experience.
• Create and assist in the implementation of financial plans for existing clients.
• Perform research and analysis related to client casework.
• Facilitate communications with prospective and existing clients to maintain relationships.
• Engage with various departments to understand the operating model and service delivery.
• Participate in company events to enhance knowledge and relationships.
• Take steps toward obtaining CFP designation.
