Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Current Series 65, 7/66, or ChFC certification, or pursuing these credentials.
• Actively pursuing or planning to pursue the CFP designation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in internal training and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Shadow advisors to gain hands-on training in client engagement and advisory services.
• Create and implement detailed financial plans for existing clients.
• Conduct research and case analyses to support recommendations.
• Assist with client communications and meeting preparation.
• Engage with various departments to understand the service model.
• Attend company events, workshops, and seminars to deepen industry knowledge.
• Take proactive steps toward CFP certification.
