A growing, planning-focused wealth management firm is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join its team in a foundational, growth-oriented role with a clear path toward increased responsibility and long-term advancement. The Service Advisor will work closely with senior advisors to support client relationships, contribute to the financial planning process, and develop into a more client-facing advisory role over time. Key Responsibilities
- Support lead advisors in managing ongoing client relationships, including participation in client meetings and follow-up communication
- Prepare and update financial plans, including retirement, tax, and investment planning analyses
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, including agendas, reports, and planning deliverables
- Assist in the implementation of planning recommendations across investments, insurance, and broader wealth strategies
- Conduct research on financial planning topics, investment strategies, and market trends to support client recommendations
- Analyze client portfolios and contribute to rebalancing and allocation discussions
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure a high level of organization across planning and service workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field
- Strong interest in comprehensive financial planning and client relationship management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) is a plus
