We’re looking for an organized and helpful Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the main contact for new advisors joining our firm, helping make their transition smooth and easy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new accounts, transfers, rollovers, and special account requests
• Answer questions about paperwork and account status
• Follow up with advisors when paperwork is incomplete or incorrect
• Keep client files organized and up to date
• Help advisors and their assistants use the onboarding system
• Handle daily inbound calls and emails about account setup
• Support fast processing goals and help with other tasks as needed
• Review financial reports for accuracy

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus
• 2+ years’ experience in financial services, banking, or client support
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using fax machines, copiers, and multi-line phone systems
• Series 7 license is a plus
