Position Summary
The Sr. Payments & Operations Specialist is responsible for providing regular oversight of all the operational functions performed by Payments & Operations to decrease errors, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with all Payments & Operations procedures. The Sr. Specialist is a Subject Matter Expert for all operational functions of the department, backs up the Specialist as needed, and acts as a resolution resource for member and teammate escalations. They will work closely with other departments and the Payments & Operations Leadership team to ensure all department functions operate effectively and efficiently.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum ofthree years of relevant back office work experience (i.e. debit card, claim resolution, wires, item processing, ACH, document management operations, and/ or bank operations), preferably in a financial institution.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be bondable. One or more of the following certifications is preferred: Accredited ACH Professional, Accredited Payments Risk Professional, or National Check Professional.
Software and Equipment Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of and be proficient in the use of a personal computer, Microsoft Office products (Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook); 10-key calculator and telephone.
The following is preferred: prior experience working with Hyland OnBase, Fiserv DNA, FedLine, knowledge of banking Regulations and ACH Rules.
Must have reliable internet access of 50MBPS which is the minimum speed required to connect to several of our systems and platforms.

Starting Pay & Benefits
This role offers a range of $57,000-$72,000. It also entails thebenefits available to all Amplify employees.
Location
This remote role is available to candidates living in the Austin Metropolitan area in Texas.
