Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT, computer sciences, data analytics, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to obtain ICE fitness approval, background investigation, and access credentials.
• Residence in the United States for at least three of the previous five years.
• Complete required security and privacy training and sign NDAs.

• Coordinate inputs from customers and process owners; track responses and action items.
• Support updates to service-level agreements and routing of financial forms for review, approval, signature.
• Prepare operational reports, meeting materials, and year-end coordination products.
• Maintain procedures, desk guides, process documentation, and SharePoint records.
• Support project plans, configuration/change documentation, training materials, and process improvements.
