Job summary

The Rehancement Group is seeking a Journeyman Business and Financial Operations Specialist to support anticipated DHS ICE financial operations and processes from ICE offices in Washington, DC. Remote work requires government approval and is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities include coordinating inputs, maintaining action items, and preparing operational and fiscal year-end reports. The role requires U.S. citizenship, strong communication, and the ability to obtain ICE approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• The team provides costing, financial analysis, advanced Excel/visualization, and SharePoint skills; identify your contributions.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent written and spoken English are required.
• Ability to obtain ICE fitness approval, background investigation, and access credentials; active clearance not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs from customers and process owners; track responses and actions.
• Support SOA updates and routing of financial forms for review and signature.
• Prepare operational reports and fiscal year-end coordination products.
• Maintain procedures, desk guides, and SharePoint records.
• Support project plans, configuration/change documentation, training materials, and process improvements.
