Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) is seeking a Fiscal Services Technician to support financial and accounting operations. You will handle high-volume student payments, deposits, and cashiering tasks while ensuring accuracy and security of funds.

You will assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll processing, providing guidance to departments and students. CNM offers a regular, full-time hourly position with opportunities for professional growth in a public higher-education

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Related experience in financial operations is required.

Aufgaben

• Collects and posts high-volume payments from students, visitors, and employees for tuition, fees, parking services and other receivable balances.
• Receives and processes deposits from diverse departments and clubs, including parking meters and copiers.
• Maintains security procedures and balances cashier drawers daily; documents transactions.
• Assists with budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
• Provides customer service and answers questions about tuition, fees, financial aid, and refunds.
