Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida is seeking a finance leader to oversee its financial operations, including AP, purchasing, general ledger, and financial reporting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership of a finance team.

The position focuses on month-end close, regulatory reporting, and system administration of NetSuite, with collaboration across departments and oversight of grant accounting and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required; CPA preferred.
• Experience with General Ledger, AP, Purchasing and Payroll software is expected.
• Strong analytical and math skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and purchasing; review POs and invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Review daily banking file and deposit log.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and journal entries for financial statements.
• Prepare financial reports for finance committee and board meetings.
• Prepare state reports and submissions.
• Review subsidiary banking activities and record transactions.
• Lead annual fixed asset observation.
• Serve as NetSuite System Administrator (user access, maintenance, support).
• Oversee grant reporting and grant revenue/expense entries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
