Job summary

OpenLoop Health is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to own the administration and health of OpenLoop's financial systems ecosystem, with NetSuite OneWorld at the center of a multi-subsidiary environment. You will ensure accurate data flow across integrations with Snowflake, Rippling, and Ramp to enable timely month‑end close and FP&A reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (OneWorld preferred).
• Experience supporting financial systems in complex, multi-entity organizations.
• Demonstrated ownership of at least one system integration into or out of NetSuite.
• Strong SQL/SuiteQL skills with saved searches and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite OneWorld across a multi-subsidiary structure (users/roles, saved searches, dashboards).
• Troubleshoot data integrations between NetSuite and Snowflake, Rippling, Ramp; fix sync issues.
• Build SuiteQL queries and saved searches to support FP&A and accounting reporting.
• Document integration architecture and create runbooks to prevent tribal knowledge.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, IT, People, and Procurement to ensure timely month-end close.
• Support rollout of NetSuite inventory management.
