We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee our AR/AP operations within US. This position will manage a small team of specialists while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all US-based AP and AR operations, ensuring accuracy,
  efficiency, and compliance
• Lead transformation initiatives for financial operations, including system
  implementations and process enhancements
• Spearhead ERP migration projects related to financial operations
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize AP and AR processes
• Provide mentorship and leadership to AP and AR team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations
• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular reports to leadership
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in finance operations
• Demonstrated experience with project management, particularly in finance
  transformation initiative
• Hands-on experience working in AP and AR functions
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and best
  practices
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software implementations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive approach to issue resolution
• Ability to work independently while managing a team remotely
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective team leadership

Nice to have:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, or related field
• Experience with Coupa and High Radius automation tools
• Experience managing remote teams
