Your Role: Building the Blueprint for Franchise Success

Operational Excellence Engineer: When franchisees face complex challenges—accounts bleeding money, productivity mysteriously declining, quality issues threatening major contracts—you're the expert who goes beyond surface symptoms to identify root causes. You'll develop the diagnostic approaches and solution playbooks that turn crisis management into proactive prevention.

Technical Authority & Mentor: Become the go-to resource for complex cleaning challenges and operational excellence. Whether franchisees are tackling standard commercial facilities or exploring opportunities in more demanding environments, you'll develop the protocols, training, and confidence that help them compete effectively and win consistently.

Process Innovation Leader: Design and implement the bidding templates, operational procedures, training programs, and quality assurance systems that give our franchise network a systematic competitive advantage. Your work will be the foundation that allows franchisees to bid confidently, operate efficiently, and deliver consistently.

Training & Development Champion: Create comprehensive training programs, SOPs, and onboarding systems that scale excellence across the network. Provide in-field support when franchisees need hands-on guidance to master complex challenges or implement new operational systems.

Network Innovation Leader: Leverage your professional connections and embrace emerging technologies to expand our capabilities. You'll be the person who knows exactly which industry expert to call when facing a novel challenge, and who actively explores AI platforms and new technologies to enhance both your own effectiveness and the franchise network's competitive edge.

You bring 10+ years of commercial cleaning operations expertise, with proven experience in the challenging environments that command premium pricing. You're not just operationally excellent—you're a natural teacher and process builder who finds satisfaction in helping others succeed.
