Qualifications

• Basic grammar, spelling and punctuation skills required.
• Five years of directly job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile financial accounts for the unit.
• Coordinate cash handling: petty cash, gift transmittals and travel reimbursements.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for management and faculty.
• Assist with budget cycles and advise on account status.
• Update internal accounting systems for posting and reconciliation in the Financial Reporting System (FRS).
• Train staff in financial document preparation per policies and procedures.
