Responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage accounts payable to reconcile with county records.
• Post accounting data to ledgers and prepare quarterly financial reports.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders, including blanket POs for reimbursements.
• Maintain payroll and fringe benefit expense records and allocate costs.
• Coordinate vendor accounts and resolve issues as needed.
• Track staff travel reimbursements and monitor travel expenses.
