Uline is seeking a Part-Time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team at our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You will process customer payments, research discrepancies, and maintain account accuracy for our North American operations.

This role offers 15–20 hours per week with Monday and Friday availability and Thursday optional. The position pays from $25 to $27 per hour and requires a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred and accounts receivable

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

Required Availability:

Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.
