Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Part-Time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role you’ll process customer payments, research discrepancies, and maintain account accuracy to support our growing North American business.

The position requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), proficiency in Word and Excel, and strong attention to detail. Typical hours are 15-20 per week with Mon and Fri availability; Thursday optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong communication and attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!

Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.

Required Availability: Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements
