Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Part-Time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. You will process customer payments, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate account records to support seamless financial operations.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Word and Excel, and reliable availability on Mondays

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

Do you thrive on accuracy and enjoy working with numbers? Uline is looking for a Part-Time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!

Part-Time Hours:

15 - 20 hours per week.

Required Availability:

Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements
