Job summary

Uline is seeking a Cash Applications/Financial Operations Specialist to join our Finance team. You will process customer payments and ensure account accuracy for a growing North American company.

In this role, you will research discrepancies, maintain reports, and collaborate with partners to match payments to customer accounts. The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and solid MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
