- FIEQ CLM: Support lifecycle-management requests through documentation collection, checklist-based completeness reviews, queue maintenance, and draft factual communications for employee review
- LMS Onboarding: Support onboarding administration, project-related onboarding tasks, documentation gathering, workflow initiation, database updates, and status tracking for liquidity and margin services clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, financial operations, treasury operations, client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation review, or a comparable controlled operations environment
- Strong attention to detail with experience handling static data, contractual information, client/account details, and accurate data entry across multiple systems

- Exposure to internal or comparable onboarding/workflow platforms such as TLM, NAX, Nexen, AcadiaSoft MarginSphere, or document repository tools
- Educational background in business administration, economics, finance, or related disciplines
