HX5 is seeking a Financial Manager to join our team at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA. The role supports the Mobility Directorate with financial management and program control across cost research, estimating, EVM, and analysis.

The position requires knowledge of DoDD 5000.1/DoDI 5000.02, AFI 65 series, and related DFAS guidance, with exposure to multiple DoD financial systems and regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD experience with financial management/comptroller duties.
• Knowledge of DoDD 5000.1/DoDI 5000.02 and related regulations.
• Experience with DoD financial management and AFI 65 series guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support Mobility Directorate with financial management and comptroller duties.
• Perform cost research, cost estimating, EVM implementation and analysis, and program control integration.
• Apply DoD financial regulations and AFI guidance.
• Operate/maintain financial systems such as CCaRs, CRIS, ABSS, IDECS II, OARS, FM Suite, CMCS, WAWF, MOCAS.

HX5 is currently seeking a Financial Manager to join our team at Robins Air Force Base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position supports the Mobility Directorate for transport and training aircraft and provides financial management/comptroller support for the directorate. The major areas of support are cost research, cost estimating, EVM implementation and analysis, schedule networking, program control integration and analysis, and financial analysis.


• This person will apply knowledge of DoDD 5000.1/DoDI 5000.02 and DoD Financial Management and associated regulations, Air Force AFI 65 series, AFMC financial instructions, and DFAS regulations/guidance.


• This position will likely utilize the following systems and/or their replacements:




• Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaRs);


• Commanders Resource Information System(CRIS);


• Automated Business Services System (ABSS);


• IDECS II;


• Obligation Adjustment Reporting System (OARS);


• FM Suite;


• Case Management Control System (CMCS);


• Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF);


• Mechanization of Contract Administration Service (MOCAS);

Education and Experience:

• Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience;
  
  
  
  • High school diploma, fifteen (15) years of related experience, and five (5) years of DoD experience.
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree, ten (10) years of related experience, and three (3) years of DoD experience.
  
  
  
  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.


• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.


• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance within six (6) months of start date.


• Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time. (This includes air travel)
