THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number T5635P02 and is part of the KS 184 Wing, National Guard.

Key Responsibilities

As a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0501-09, you will plan, coordinate, and perform Financial Management analysis, support and review, of base level accounting and financial management programs. Work Schedule: This position works on a 5/4/9 compressed work schedule that consists of a 5-day workweek, then a 4-day workweek (eight 9-hour days and one 8-hour day and an SDO, Scheduled Day Off) to complete the 80-hour pay period.

Work schedule is subject to change based on mission requirements. Telework: ELIGIBLE FOR SITUATIONAL TELEWORK ONLY, INCLUDING EMERGENCY AND PRESCRIBED "UNSCHEDULED TELEWORK

Requirements & Education

Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience: To qualify for the National Guard GS-0501 Title 5 Excepted Service positions, on the basis of completed undergraduate or graduate education, the awarded college degree should be in one of or be a combination of the following disciplines: Accounting, business, finance, economics, math, statistics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management.

GS-9-master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
