Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Three or more years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting.
• Experience with account reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting, budgeting, and reporting systems.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Ramp, or similar accounting and expense management systems preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-close and month-end close for timely, accurate reporting.
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Help prepare and review monthly financial statements and schedules and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain supporting documentation and ensure federal and state filings are accurate and timely.
• Support internal control activities, audit preparation, and responses to auditor requests.
• Validate financial data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
• Provide backup for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing.
