Job summary

Connecticut Children’s is seeking a Senior Financial Decision Support Analyst to enhance analytical capabilities for financial management of operations. The role will develop, disseminate, and educate on service line profitability, cost accounting, and management reporting.

The position acts as a liaison between Finance and Strategy/Network Development to support growth opportunities through complex financial models and ROI analyses for enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/quantitative/analytical discipline required.
• 5-8 years of analyst-level financial systems and decision support experience.
• Experience in healthcare setting and/or healthcare consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve cost accounting structure for patient activity costing.
• Educate business unit leaders on cost accounting theory and costs of services.
• Serve as liaison between Finance and Strategy/Network Development for opportunities.
