Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; Master’s degree or certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role (healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of value-based care reimbursement models and APMs alongside traditional FFS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Evaluate and interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key financial insights and trends.
• Monitor and assess the financial performance against KPIs.
• Analyze financial and operational metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support critical business decisions by senior management.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, policies, and regulations.
