Job summary

You will work with the Director of Finance and sectional leadership on overall financial management and credibility of forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities include developing complex financial models, designing concise reports, improving processes, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to tailor communication for all levels.
• Ability to create new, complex reports (Excel, Word) for tracking, analysis and communication of financial info.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of financial concepts, budgeting principles and processes.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, use good judgment, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling and Forecasting: develop complex financial models and present recommendations.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: design accurate, timely reports and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Financial Methods and Systems: plan, improve processes and systems; maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic Resource: translate finance goals into objectives and identify opportunities and risks.
• Compliance and Risk Management: maintain internal controls and ensure contractual compliance.
• Mentors, leads and/or supervises staff.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
